President, Gold, and Silver Sponsors: This event is free for you to exhibit. Please register using the “Chapter Sponsors - Free” Option.
Bronze Sponsors: For the 2017-18 chapter year, you have to choice to exhibit at either Winter or Spring for free.
If you choose to exhibit at Spring for free and did not exhibit, or paid to exhibit at Winter, please register using the “Bronze Sponsors - Free Registration” option.
If you wish to exhibit, but used your free registration for Winter, please register as a “Bronze Sponsor - Paid Registration” at a discounted cost of $500.

Door prizes are always a popular feature of the Vendor show! You are welcome to provide an item(s) for prize drawings. The names can be chosen at random from the registration list of Provider Attendees, or from the group of cards collected at your booth.

What You Need To Do:
- Complete and submit the online Vendor Application by March 30th to reserve a spot in the Vendor Hall and be included in the Institute Program.
- Make your reservations at the Indianapolis Marriott North Hotel (by March 28, 2018). Click Here to book your reservation
- There is an option on the registration form to register guest attendees. Use that option to register additional company representatives. Limit 1 additional with registration.
- Set up begins on Wednesday, April 11th at 7:00pm
